Associate Professor of Marketing. I am part of team of marketing professors from the UPF. I teach Business and Commercial II (foundations of marketing) to students in the Bachelor of Business Administration. In addition to the traditional theoretical contribution, employment, real cases to create a lively debate among students that concludes with the consolidation of the concepts given in lectures.

The assessments obtained in these courses, an average of close to 9.0, have been of the highest recent years. Also, I am in charge of developing content for marketing Services.
2009 – Present iDEC Continuing Education Institute, Barcelona, Spain
Associate Professor Since May 2009, I teach courses to groups of Master of Marketing (two versions is, executive and standard) and the Master in Sport Management. The subject I am teaching is the Management of Customer Relationship (Customer Relationship Management) and CRM best known by its acronym in English. From September 2009, will be in charge of the field of Sports Marketing (Master in Management Sport).
2005 – 2008 IESA Institute of Higher Administration Studies in Caracas, Venezuela Associate Professor I taught a course aimed at executives of CRM and marketing business in 2005 which became courses in one of the most sought after and made a reference in Venezuela in the areas of relationship marketing. From this year I have been a consultant to various companies involved who have implemented CRM strategies. In graduate courses, I taught 150 hours class with an average assessment of 8.5. Beginning in 2007, was part of team Marketing professors IESA Center, where he teaches Marketing Management course MBA students. The topics of research, I tutor several theses for students MBA and part of the team SEKN (Social Enterprise Knowledge Network). I co-authored the book Social Initiative as a competitive tool: A practical guide.

As independent teacher, I taught, far more than 1000 hours of classes on topics
training on issues related to the integral aspect of the individual as a person and
professional courses such as Leadership, Customer Service, Teamwork, Communication Assertive, Processes of Change. These courses are known for their combination of cutting-edge theory with practical content that allows participants learn by doing. “The average in assessments obtained in these courses has always been close to 9.0 in training Technology applied to Business, I have been advised on the preparation and organization of courses and technology seminars for the Center for eBusiness Innovation and Training (CICEB) of the Venezuelan Chamber of Electronic Commerce Cavecom-e and have participated in the development of e-learning courses for the University of Merida in Venezuela.

As enterprising in 1987, founded a small consulting firm to assist companies in designing strategic technology plans, transition plans, marketing, training, evaluation and solutions organizational recommendations. My clients include small businesses such as transnational Sodexho Pass, Shell, Pepsi International, Glaxo, Cargill and Philip Morris among others. I supported these
companies align their functional strategies to business strategy, prepare your staff for new challenges and to manage change.

The work aims, through mathematical models and management, propose a technique methodology that helps companies to discover the aspects that make up the gap between product / service offered and the product / service expected by customers
